We do not collect sensitive information (such as health information) unless you volunteer it and it is directly relevant to the work, for example a site induction requirement.

from your employer, head contractor, builder or agent, where they engage us on your behalf;

respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;

carry out the fabrication, welding, installation or delivery work you have engaged us for;

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
